"Cast your net one more time," says the Lord "and see my right hand move on your behalf. See if I will not establish you and fulfill the prophetic promises I gave you long ago."

So Jesus said to them, "Children, you do not have any fish, do you?" They answered Him, "No." And He said to them, "Cast the net on the right-hand side of the boat and you will find a catch." So they cast, and then they were not able to haul it in because of the great number of fish. John 21:5-6

I feel the Lord wants me to remind you of the many promises He has given you over the years, to pull them out and encourage yourself in the Lord! Be encouraged today to begin again, and launch out your boat. Cast your net once again! Begin again one more time!

"You crown the year with your goodness, and richness overflows wherever you are." Psalm 65:11

In the thankful cries of the psalmists who reflect the care of God for His people, we see a God who is there in the darkest night. In the most hopeless of situations, it is He who provides strength, support, nourishment and sustenance time and again. God provides for us, He allows us the strength to raise our heads up and to hope. He restores our joy; He is our hope and salvation. As we continue this year, let us pray that 2015 will be a year filled with love, hope, and peace. YOU CANNOT have another year like the last one. This is a new day with a fresh mandate for you to fulfill.

Beauty from Ashes

According to Isaiah 61:1-3, God is more than able to create beauty from ashes. But what if we ourselves had lit the match that burned our dreams to the ground? Will God still help us? Will He establish us if we are the ones who caused our own issues?

Absolutely! Because God is a God of the second chance, He takes joy and great delight in making all things new to bless us! "New beginnings. Fresh Starts" says the Lord!

Do you feel dead inside? Do you struggle with personal issues? Financial struggles? Family problems? Is there a lack of passion for your career? Do you feel as if God has lost your address, forgotten about you, or is simply too busy to care?

Take Heart

Release the tight grip, open your hand, and give Him your worries, your burdens, and your dead or dying dreams. He desires to breathe new life into them this year.

If you feel unworthy of God's resurrection power because of something you've done, take heart. If you humble yourself and repent, He will give beauty for ashes. Do you reject your precious children when they make mistakes? Of course not, and neither does God turn away from you. He lovingly corrects and restores. He makes all things new. "Begin again! New beginnings. Fresh Starts," says the Lord!

When John's grandfather passed away, he left him with a heavy burden and a great gift: A bag of valuable gold coins and a sealed envelope with strict instructions not to open it until he was an old man himself. "Yet at the scent of water it will bud and put forth shoots like a plant." Job 14:9 One morning my sweet wife brought a pot of flowers to my attention, a pot we had forgotten for a few days. Not on purpose, just overlooked because it was in an out-of-the-way place. When we discovered the dead flowers, we almost gave up and threw them away. For some reason, I just could not give up on them. Though they were dead and ugly with no life left in them, I saw them as they could be - beautiful. I moved the container into the sun for better warmth and watered them daily, speaking uplifting words of life over them. These flowers belonged to me; I would not quit on them or give up - not yet.

The Revelation of Ezekiel's wheel within a wheel is a divine mystery to the body of Christ. There have been a number of commentators over the years that have given their best interpretations of this divine revelation, but the wheel has remained a mystery in the minds and hearts of most Christians. This is much like lifting a diamond into your line of sight, where you will see the glistening rays of light flash from many different angles. Each angle is unique, bringing new and more beautiful flashes of light, yet it is still one single entity just like the revelation of the wheel.
