God is breaking old patterns of
living that have hindered us from accomplishing the assignments He has given
us. These patterns are broken through a revelation of Christ's complete victory
over sin, and Gods empowering grace to transform us, through the renewing of
the mind (Rom 12).
The Holy Spirit is drawing us
into a deeper place of relationship and encounter with God. He is asking us to
move from yesterday's revelation (no matter how great) into a deeper realm of
knowledge and experience with Him. As we are transitioning in a new realm of
relationship in the Spirit, God is going to accompany this realm with visible
demonstrations of power.
The Apostle Paul said the
following:
1 Corinthians 2:4-5 (NASB) And my message and my preaching were not in persuasive words
of wisdom, but in demonstration of the spirit and of power. So that your faith would not rest on the
wisdom of men, but on the power of God.
1 Corinthians 4:20 (NASB) For the kingdom of God does not consist in words, but in
power.
With that said, I'm going to make
an announcement! I'm officially done with operating in the gifts and anointing
of the Holy Spirit at the level I've been living in. I'm moving on, into a
deeper realm of relationship with the Lord, where my efforts become less, and
His power manifests greater than ever before.
This is what the Lord Spoke to Me on 3/2/13
The Spirit of the Lord is saying
"prepare for an early harvest, prepare for an outpouring of My fullness in your
life". Where one has planted and another has watered, God says "I'm bringing
forth an increase into your house, and there is a great momentum of overflow
that is going to surround you, and overtake you". You have entered a time where unusual favor
is going to manifest in your life, even as I caused unusual/extraordinary
miracles to be performed by Paul, I'm going to manifest my favor in every part
of your life.
It is quite wonderful to know
that God is up to something good! I mean let's be real, when you hear of all
the negative reports that flow through the media, and see all the chaos that's
being released by the enemy, its comforting to know that God has placed us here
for this moment in time. It would be wrong to just pass through life as a spectator
watching from the sidelines of life, having never lived in the full potential
of your relationship with God. That would be no different than having a million
dollar check with your name on it, the money is already yours, you just need to
deposit it!
The Church as we know it is
rapidly changing, as there is a great merger of the Word and the Spirit that is
going to erupt into a powerful display of the kingdom of God in the earth. The
issues that have divided us for years are going to take a back seat to the
demonstrations of Gods Spirit with power that are going to manifest before our
eyes. I want to encourage you to entertain a new depth of relationship in God;
He is calling us into the depths with Him…man overboard!!
Philippians 3:7-10 But whatever things were gain to me, those things I have
counted as loss for the sake of Christ. More
than that, I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of
knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things,
and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ, and may be found in Him,
not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is
through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of
faith, that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship
of His sufferings, being conformed to His death.
